What a lovely tranquil environment. All the facilities in the house are perfect. We had a very relaxing stay Andrew can’t wait to return.
We rented Gypsy Willows in order to celebrate a family birthday. The house is beautifully laid out with attention to detail that makes you feel like you are in a resort. The outlook in the morning is picture perfect, rolling mists drift across the fields as you enjoy a a morning coffee in the cosy cottage. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Gypsy Willows as it really is the perfect stay! A fireplace, big comfortable beds, bathroom amenities and views – kangaroos, horses and cows that will take your breath away. The place to stay when visiting the Hunter. Done bother staying in the hustle and bustle when there is this beautiful spot.

This Wollombi house was fantastic. We were two couples with a toddler each and the house was a perfect weekend away from busy Sydney. Lots of space. The house was modern, super clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and had more than we needed. The fireplace is a real treat and the house was nice and warm during the chilli evenings which was perfect with a nice glass of red. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The house is almost brand new and the peacefulness of the place were even greater than expected! We loved the wildlife activity, lots of wallabies and a wombat. The location was really good, far enough from the busiest parts of Hunter Valley for privacy and quietness but close enough if wanting to drive to any of the nearby restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Gypsy Willows such a beautiful cottage: it was a lovely get away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. A lot of attention to detail, and most importantly extremely clean, waking up to a beautiful view, leaving refreshed we will definitely be back with family. What a beautiful house! And all the thought you have put into providing kitchen equipment and gourmet provisions was greatly appreciated. Gypsy Willows far exceeded our expectations. We have been searching for the perfect family getaway in the hunter valley for years and have finally found it. GW has it all, beautiful surrounds, LUXURY modern accommodation with all the finishing touches, and a pantry and fridge full of all the necessities when we arrived. The location is perfect – secluded enough, plenty of wildlife and at the same time close enough to wineries. GW is perfect for any family, couple or group and we will most certainly be back.
