The purpose built accommodation includes 2 distinctly separate and private houses both featuring their own exclusive swimming pools, (Villa pool heated mid September to mid May)’. ‘The House‘ has 3 bedrooms and ‘The Villa‘ has 2 bedrooms, all with large ensuite bathrooms, modern kitchens, and very plush living areas with log fires.

Designed to accommodate 4 to 6(7) people in ‘The House‘ and 2 to 4(5) people in ‘The Villa‘, Gypsy Willows is surrounded by its own 25 acres of farmland, yet is only a pleasant 3km stroll from Wollombi village restaurants, churches and tavern.
Plush living areas have the winter morning sunshine and log fires ensure cosy winters. Large sheltered verandahs enhance the balmy summer evenings, along with the outdoor swimming pools.
The ambience is bright and fresh and the kitchens are fully equipped. Each of the bedrooms have a generous ensuite bathroom. The houses have reverse cycle air conditioning.
A pretty garden affords access to the horses and cows grazing peacefully in the foreground, with views of the beautiful valley below. Kangaroos and wallabies join them on most days.
