Gypsy Willows includes two very private luxury Hunter Valley holiday houses, ‘The House‘ sleeping up to 6 guests and ‘The Villa‘ sleeping up to 4. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a log fire and swimming pool. The house is situated on a private 25 acre farmland property, only 3kms from Wollombi in the NSW Hunter Valley.

Terms and Conditions
- Tariffs are valid from 16/6/26, are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
- Inclusions: Tea and coffee provisions, pantry and kitchen essentials including Nespresso machine.
- Minimum Stay: Gypsy Willows has a two night minimum stay
- Confirming your Reservation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, which can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit to our account. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, your 50% deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee, provided we are advised in writing of the cancellation more than 28 days prior to your arrival. If cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-book the house. For bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged, unless the house can be rebooked. This also applies to bookings where the date is deferred to a later time. The $25 administration fee will still apply to cancellations where the house is rebooked.
- Damage and Breakages: Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay.
- Check-in: From 2pm, unless you have organised early check-in.
- Check-out: By 10am, unless you have organised late check-out.
- Smoking: No smoking inside please.
- Pets: Sorry, but we do not allow pets.
